Vic was born in Kansas, and grew up in Utah. After graduating from high school, he joined the Army in 1972, and was stationed at Ft. Myer, Virginia, where he attended Barcroft Bible Church, located at that time in Arlington, Virginia. After his military service, he attended Washington Bible College and then Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, Maryland, graduating in 1981. He began his ministry at Barcroft Bible Church that same year, serving as associate Pastor of Youth until 1988 when he became Pastor. He is very happily married to Suebee (26 years) and they have three sons Loren, Ethan, and Ryan, all in their early to mid-twenties. Beyond the joys of family and ministry, he enjoys playing golf.

Andy was born in Chicago, but grew up here in northern Virginia, as did his wife, Diane. They have five children and three grandchildren. Andy has degrees in Religion and Theology from Wake Forest University, Capital Bible Seminary, and Bethany Theological Seminary. He has served as a pastor for over 25 years and has ten years of missions experience in Central America. Mike Boorman - Student Ministries Director

Mike is one of our northern brothers hailing from western Canada.  He met his wife Whitney, a native of northern Virginia, while attending Frontier School of the Bible in LaGrange, Wyoming.  After getting married Whitney joined Mike in Hudsonville, Michigan where he was finishing his one-year internship before moving back to Canada for a year.  Mike loves the outdoors but also has a foot in technology as he is definitely a "certified geek."

Margaret Gravel - Accountant

Margaret works closely with the Treasurer on all financial matters of the church.  She takes care of the day-to-day financial aspects of the church including its operations and ministries.  She also serves as the church’s liaison with the auditors each year and prepares the documentations required for the audit.

Danitza, better known as Danny, is the friendly face of our church.  As church secretary/graphic designer she keeps things going and looking great.  Multi-lingual and multi-talented, we are blessed to have her on our staff.

Paul Lee - Director of International Ministries

Born in Korea, educated in the USA, long ministry in both countries, Paul brought his experience and his love for Jesus to our church in the summer of 2008.  He and his wife, Grace, have four sons and live in Annandale, VA.

Pat Kearney - Pastor of Lao/Thai

Pastor Pat and his wife Robyn served in Asia for several years before returning to the U.S. to continue ministering to the Lao & Thai immigrants in the Washington, D.C. area. Pat and Robyn have three daughters: Danielle, Katie, and Patrice.
